Contact

One address. Read by a person.

There is no contact form on this website, no chat widget and no marketing automation behind the address below. You write an email; somebody reads it and writes back. If the answer is that you do not need a consultant, that is what the reply will say.

Where to write

One monitored address covers everything. The subject line does the routing.

General & new enquiries

support@primetechltd.pro

Monitored Monday to Friday, United Kingdom business hours. We commit to a reply within one working day — and if a full answer will take longer than that, the reply will tell you when to expect it rather than leaving you waiting.

Subject: SCOPING You want the free thirty-minute call. Include two or three times that suit you.
Subject: ASSESSMENT A review of the whole estate, or one of the six advisory lines in particular.
Subject: SECOND OPINION A supplier proposal or quotation you would like read independently before signing.
Subject: SUPPLIER SETUP Your finance team needs company details, bank details or documentation to onboard us.
Subject: DATA REQUEST A UK GDPR request — access, correction, erasure or objection. See the privacy notice.
Subject: WEBSITE A broken link, an error of fact on these pages, or an accessibility problem.

We do not send newsletters, we do not add enquirers to a mailing list, and we do not pass your address to anyone. If you decide not to proceed, you will not hear from us again unless you write first.

02 — First email

What to put in it

None of this is required. It simply lets the first reply be useful instead of being a list of questions.

  • The decision or the symptom. “We are being quoted £40k for a new system and don't know if it's reasonable” is a perfect opening line.
  • Roughly how many people use the systems in question, and what the organisation does.
  • What has already been tried, and by whom — including any supplier already involved.
  • The deadline, if there is a real one: a renewal date, a board meeting, a lease ending.
  • Who else needs to be in the conversation — a finance lead, a trustee, an IT provider.
  • Anything confidential we should treat carefully, so we handle it correctly from the first reply.

Please do not send

Passwords, credentials, API keys or live personal data in a first email. Nothing at the enquiry stage requires them, and we will ask for access formally — named in the written proposal — only once there is an engagement to justify it.

Coverage and travel

The company is registered in Newport, Gwent, and works across the United Kingdom. Reviews are conducted remotely by default, which keeps the fee down; we travel on site where the question genuinely requires it — infrastructure that must be seen, physical access to assess, or people better interviewed in person. Travel is agreed in advance and charged at cost with no mark-up.

04 — Before you write

Questions about getting in touch

The ones that come up most often at the enquiry stage.

Is the scoping call really free?

Yes — thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation, and no fee is discussed until we both understand the question. It is not a disguised sales presentation: a fair number of these calls end with us saying the problem is smaller than you thought, or that it belongs with your existing IT provider rather than with a consultant.

Why is there no contact form?

A form would mean scripts, a third-party service and a record of your visit stored somewhere neither of us controls. A plain email address does the same job, keeps your message in your own sent items as a record, and means this website can be entirely free of cookies and tracking — which it is. See the cookie notice for what this site does and does not load.

Can we speak by telephone or video instead?

Of course. Write first with a rough outline and two or three times that suit you, and we will arrange a call on whichever platform you already use. We start by email simply so there is a written record of what was asked, which protects both sides later.

What happens to my email afterwards?

It is read, replied to, and kept only as long as it is needed. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Your address is never added to a mailing list, never sold and never passed to anybody else. The full detail, including your rights under UK GDPR, is in the privacy notice.

We are outside the UK. Will you still reply?

Yes, and honestly. The company works in the United Kingdom, prices in pounds sterling and advises against a UK regulatory backdrop. If your question depends on local law or a local market we do not know, we will say so rather than take the engagement on hopefully.

Ready when you are

Write the email as if to a colleague.

A few sentences describing the situation is enough to start. You will get a reply from a person within one working day.
