1. Who operates this site

2. This site is information, not advice

Everything published here is general information about what the company does. It is not professional, technical, legal, financial or security advice, and it is not a recommendation on which to act. Nothing on these pages creates a consultant–client relationship, and you should not make a decision about your systems on the strength of a web page.

Advice from this company is given only under a written engagement, addressed to a named client, on facts we have actually examined.

3. No offer and no contract

The descriptions of services, formats and commitments on this site are an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance. A contract arises only when a written proposal issued by us is accepted in writing by you. Where anything on this site conflicts with that proposal, the proposal prevails.

4. Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and the registered particulars reproduced here are taken from the company's public filing. We do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error at every moment. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will correct it — write with “WEBSITE” in the subject line.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design system, name, mark and code of this site belong to Prime Tech Technologies Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own information or to bring the company to a colleague's attention. You may not republish substantial extracts, present the material as your own, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The typefaces are supplied under the SIL Open Font License via Google Fonts and remain the property of their designers. This clause does not affect documents produced under an engagement: those belong to the client, as set out in the proposal.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, it is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website — including lost profit, lost data, business interruption or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the proposal for that engagement, not by this page.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or impairs it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system.
• Introduce malicious code, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others.
• Use the published email address to send unsolicited marketing.

On that last point, to be unambiguous: the address support@primetechltd.pro is published so clients and prospective clients can reach us. It does not constitute consent to receive marketing under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
